Job summary

revup proservices pte. ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced logistics operations professional to manage the full order lifecycle, from demand planning through delivery closure. The role coordinates with customers, suppliers, and the Sales team to ensure smooth execution and accurate records.

You will monitor inventory, optimize stock levels, collaborate with 3PLs, and handle shipment planning and invoicing. SAP experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in order fulfilment, supply chain, logistics or customer service operations.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete customer order lifecycle, covering demand forecasting, procurement, order processing, delivery and closure.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and the Sales team to coordinate order fulfilment and ensure smooth execution
• Track inventory levels and assist with replenishment planning to ensure sufficient stock availability.
• Manage warehouse activities, including stock reconciliation, inventory accuracy and regular cycle counts.
• Monitor slow-moving, damaged and obsolete stock, coordinating appropriate actions to manage inventory effectively.
• Work closely with 3PL providers and logistics partners to streamline warehousing, shipping and delivery operations.
• Coordinate shipment planning, transportation arrangements and freight activities to achieve timely deliveries.
• Review logistics invoices, process shipment-related cost postings and ensure accurate SAP transaction records.
• Manage insurance declarations and claims, coordinating with insurers and relevant parties for timely follow-up and resolution.
• Contribute to process enhancements, system improvements and cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
