Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator in Singapore to support the order-to-cash cycle for manufacturing clients.

You will prepare quotations, review purchase orders, coordinate with production, logistics, and finance, and act as the main contact for customers. Candidates should have a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business-related fields, at least 2 years in sales coordination or customer service, and familiarity with SAP.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is required.
• At least 2 years in sales coordination or customer service within manufacturing preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations for equipment spare parts and generate internal orders.
• Review customer purchase orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with production, project managers, logistics, and other departments to expedite orders and prepare shipping documents.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and provide information on products, services and order status.
• Communicate with customers to provide order updates, delivery schedules and potential issues.
• Generate and maintain sales reports, tracking performance and forecasting.
