Job summary

Information Technology is seeking an Order Fulfillment Specialist (SAP) to support regional fulfillment across the APJ region, including Singapore. You will manage order backlogs, coordinate shipment execution, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and reliable customer deliveries.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in fulfillment or supply chain operations, with hands-on SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in order fulfillment, order management, backlog management, supply chain operations, logistics, or customer operations.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA is required.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, results-driven, and able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment Specialist (SAP)

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Specialist to support regional fulfillment operations across the Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) region.
In this role, you will manage order backlogs, coordinate shipment execution, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and reliable customer deliveries. You will play a key role in achieving quarterly shipment targets, monitoring fulfillment risks, and improving delivery performance.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of relevant experience in order fulfillment, order management, or supply chain operations, with hands-on experience using SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Backlog Management: Monitor order backlogs, track order status, identify fulfillment gaps, and proactively resolve potential shipment delays.
• Shipment Execution: Coordinate daily and weekly shipment activities to support quarterly shipment targets and ensure fulfillment commitments are met.
• Customer Delivery Management: Monitor customer delivery requirements, prioritize urgent orders, and coordinate actions to meet committed shipment dates.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with supply planning, manufacturing, logistics, and other regional stakeholders to improve shipment speed and delivery predictability.
• SAP & Data Management: Use SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA to monitor order progress, analyze backlog data, maintain data accuracy, and prepare fulfillment reports.
• Risk Management & Escalation: Identify supply constraints, fulfillment issues, and shipment risks, escalating concerns promptly and following through on corrective actions.
• Performance Reporting: Prepare regular reports on backlog status, shipment performance, and fulfillment risks, providing visibility into progress against quarterly targets.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline fulfillment workflows, improve operational efficiency, and leverage digital tools, including AI-enabled solutions, for reporting and data analysis.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in order fulfillment, order management, backlog management, supply chain operations, logistics, or customer operations.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA is required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
• Proactive, results-driven, and accountable, with the ability to identify issues and drive timely resolution.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, multinational environment with stakeholders across countries and time zones.
