Job summary

Leica Microsystems in Singapore is seeking an Order Fulfilment Analyst to manage regional and third-party sales orders from entry to delivery. You will ensure accurate processing in SAP, coordinate with production, planning and logistics, and support delivery commitments.

Reporting to the Order Fulfilment Manager, you will monitor delivery performance, maintain sales data, and contribute to continuous improvement while upholding Quality Management System and EH&S requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field.
• Working knowledge of SAP for sales-order processing and data maintenance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to analyze order fulfilment data and support reporting.
• Fluency in written and spoken English with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer and third-party sales orders from entry to delivery in SAP.
• Coordinate order fulfilment with production, planning, purchasing, inventory, finance and logistics teams.
• Monitor delivery performance, including on-time delivery and revenue fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate order and sales information in SAP and prepare recurring reports.
