Job summary

UPS SCS SINGAPORE PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a customer service specialist for order fulfilment and SAP/WMS coordination. You will liaise with warehouse teams and clients to ensure accurate processing and timely shipping.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
• Strong problem solving, organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with computers; working knowledge of SAP, WMS and MS Office.
• Familiarity with order entry systems and warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service and meet KPI targets.
• Communicate with clients, warehouse operations, carrier brokers and other offices.
• Process orders and manage customer accounts in SAP/WMS.
• Handle backorders, returns, and inventory adjustments to maintain accuracy.
• Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure timely receiving, processing and shipping.
• Document, investigate and resolve customer concerns promptly; maintain compliance with procedures.
