Qualifications

• Diploma in logistics, supply chain or business with minimum relevant experience.
• Experience in order handling, pricing verification and LC related activity.
• Proficiency with SAP and CRM systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Book contracts/orders according to customer requests.
• Check PO pricing aligns with quotation; rework pricing for approval.
• Coordinate with factory for price updates in the system.
• Monitor delivery dates and expedite with factory to meet client expectations.
• Follow up on payments to ensure receipt before shipment, per agreements.
• Coordinate with AR in Germany HQ for overdue positions.
