in Singapore seeks a Logistics Coordinator to manage order processing and shipping activities in SAP, ensure data accuracy, and coordinate with freight forwarders and customers. You will prepare documents, liaise with internal teams, expediting orders to meet project schedules, raise invoices, and provide monthly shipment plans and reports while delivering high levels of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Load product Sales Orders into the SAP system and ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare booking confirmations, shipping documents, maintain records and coordinate logistics for product shipment.
• Prepare letters of credit, bonds and insurance and liaise with customers to ensure terms per acceptance.
• Expedite orders as necessary to meet lead times and project schedule.
• Liaise with freight forwarder, customers, suppliers and internal departments to arrange delivery.
• Raise invoices and prepare/maintain department financial reporting and forecasting.
• Ensure smooth operations and provide project coordination support.
• Provide updates on monthly shipment plans and other required reports.
• Maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
