• 10+ years of building and leading large teams within matrixed organizations.
• 7+ years in Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting.

• Experience communicating with C-level executives and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive unified country partner strategy across SI, ISV, MSP, VAR, and Distributor throughout recruitment to co-sell.
• Lead and develop the PSMs and PDMs and align partner sales and development activities.
• Shape deals early, accelerate pipeline, and align partners to workloads for revenue growth.
• Manage strategic partner relationships, forecast cadence, and partner events alignment.
