Job summary

DEMENTIA SINGAPORE LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced IT professional to own the administration, configuration and improvement of Salesforce and Microsoft 365 platforms.

This hands-on role collaborates across headquarters and care centres to turn business needs into scalable solutions while keeping systems secure and compliant. You will manage users, automate with Flow, maintain data quality and train staff.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
• At least 3 years of hands-on Microsoft 365 administration including Entra ID, Conditional Access, Exchange Online and Intune.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator, currently active.
• Hands-on experience building record-triggered and screen flows in Salesforce Flow.
• Experience gathering requirements from business users and conducting user training.
• Diploma or degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• Able to manage competing priorities independently and explain technical matters clearly to non-technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Own administration, configuration and improvement of Salesforce and Microsoft 365 platforms.
• Manage users, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, MFA, SSO and security settings.
• Configure objects, fields, record types, page layouts and Lightning pages; build reports and dashboards.
• Maintain data quality through imports, migrations, deduplication and backups.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance and PDPA; train users and document changes.
• Act as escalation point for Salesforce and Microsoft 365 issues; coordinate vendors for complex customisations.
