Job summary

Mav3rik seeks a Salesforce Technical Architect to lead enterprise-scale, cloud-based solutions with a focus on Salesforce Service Cloud in Singapore. You will translate business needs into scalable, secure designs and guide end-to-end system and integration work.

This onsite role requires strong architectural leadership and hands-on expertise. Relocation assistance is provided for the right candidate, with a focus on delivering high-performance, compliant cloud solutions within the enterprise

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Solution/System Architect with strong SDLC delivery.
• Strong ability to evaluate technologies aligned with enterprise architecture, cloud adoption, and legacy modernization strategies.
• Hands-on experience in .NET and/or J2EE development, with strong SQL and data modelling skills.
• Solid understanding of server-side development, SOA, web services, and public-facing applications or e-services.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud / PSS, including case management, workflows, and related implementations.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce OmniStudio, Apex, and Platform API development.
• Experience designing and implementing Service Cloud solutions and integrations, including use of REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms (advantage).
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, structured technical specifications and solution designs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Propose, evaluate, and recommend products, platforms, and solutions aligned with the Agency’s Enterprise Architecture, cloud strategy, SG Tech Stack, and legacy modernization initiatives.
• Lead solution design for enterprise and cloud-based systems, including Salesforce platforms and third-party / cross-platform integrations.
• Review system designs, source code, and technical solutions throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure quality, performance, security, and compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and vendors to break down complex business requirements into detailed technical designs and implementation plans.

Salesforce Technical Architect (SINGAPORE RELOCATION)

As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for designing and guiding the delivery of enterprise-scale, cloud-based solutions with a strong focus on Salesforce Service Cloud. You will translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and well-architected solutions, lead end-to-end system and integration design, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards. Your work will span Salesforce platforms, APIs, and cross-system integrations, enabling reliable, high-performing solutions that support large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
