Job summary

Grab in Singapore seeks a seasoned Salesforce Business Analyst to translate partner requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud. You will create BRDs, user stories, and process flows for delivery squads, manage backlog prioritisation, and lead UAT/SIT readiness with QA, owners, and developers.

Role requires hands-on Salesforce configuration (Flows, reports, dashboards, permission sets), SOQL/SOSL, data models, Shield encryption, and BI dashboards.

Qualifications

• Five to eight years of Salesforce Business Analyst experience in multi-cloud environments.
• Hands-on Salesforce configuration with Flows, reports, dashboards, and permission sets.
• Apply SOQL, SOSL, data models, and Shield Encryption design best practices.
• Lead partner workshops, document requirements, and run Agile grooming and demos.
• Use Salesforce DevOps tooling such as GitLab, Copado, and Jenkins in delivery.
• Manage testing phases, author test cases, and resolve test cycle blockers.
• Hold Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, BA certifications.
• Work full-time onsite at Grab's One North office in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Translate partner requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Experience Cloud.
• Create BRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications for delivery squads.
• Manage backlog grooming and prioritisation using impact-effort frameworks with commercial teams.
• Lead UAT and SIT readiness with QA, business owners, and developers.
• Configure flows, validation rules, security models, reports, dashboards, and third-party integrations.
• Shape upstream demand, qualify requests, and align them to Salesforce roadmap themes.
• Facilitate stakeholder agreement across team leads, SMEs, and technical delivery leads.
• Support cross-programme initiatives like Sonic across countries, personas, and sales processes.
• Escalate unclear requirements, integration issues, and misaligned expectations before sprint delivery.
