UNITED WINGS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Supervisor to coordinate daily activities of the sales team and ensure targets are met. You will work closely with store managers and production managers to align customer needs with products.

The role involves supervising marketing activities, producing reports, and maintaining strong client relationships to drive brand visibility and sales growth. Evening or weekend shifts may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field with emphasis on marketing.
• Proven work experience in marketing and achieving set targets.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team and retain members.
• Strong selling skills with the ability to close deals.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the activities of the sales team including marketing activities like product activations.
• Assist line manager to recruit, train, enumerate, and retain a competent sales team.
• Provide sales reports to top management (sales, leads, complaints, new customers onboarded).
• Prepare sales presentations and other sales tools.
• Maintain client communication and feedback, ensuring strong relationships.
• Initiate sales activities, strategies, and plans to build brand visibility.
• Ensure items are displayed correctly in malls, supermarkets, and other sales points.
• Evaluate team performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
