Job summary

LABBAIK RESTAURANT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Supervisor to coordinate day-to-day activities of the sales team and ensure targets are met.

The role requires collaboration with store, general, and production managers to align with evolving customer needs and to design offerings that meet demand. The Sales Supervisor will oversee marketing activities, support recruitment and training, and deliver regular reports to senior management, while ensuring strong client relations and effective sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field or similar with emphasis on marketing.
• Proven work experience in marketing and achieving targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the activities of the sales team including marketing activities like product activations.
• Assist the line manager to recruit, train, and retain a competent sales team.
• Provide reports to top management like sales reports, lead generation reports, and new customers onboarded reports.
• Prepare sales presentations and other sales tools.
• Maintain client communications and provide feedback to line managers.
