Job summary

SOTECO INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. Singapore seeks a Sales Support Assistant to assist the sales team with quotations, proposals, and order processing.

You will follow up on inquiries, coordinate with customers on order details, and ensure timely delivery by collaborating with operations and logistics. You will maintain customer records, prepare follow-up reports, and ensure data integrity while communicating fluently in English with international clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems to manage sales and order processing tasks effectively.
• Strong command of IT tools and shipping software to support sales and logistics coordination.
• Ability to work precisely and meet objectives and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English to communicate clearly with international customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in preparing accurate quotations, proposals, and sales documents to support customer acquisition.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and sales opportunities to maintain engagement and drive sales growth.
• Coordinate with customers to confirm order details and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain and update customer records to ensure accurate sales follow‑up and data integrity.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently to meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
• Monitor order status and provide regular updates to customers and sales coordinators to manage expectations.
• Prepare sales follow-up reports to track performance and support decision‑making.
• Maintain organized filing systems and documentation related to sales activities for easy retrieval and compliance.
