Job summary

Talent Trader Group in Singapore is seeking a proactive Customer Service & Sales Support professional to handle inquiries, process orders, and coordinate deliveries. You will ensure timely responses and accurate order fulfilment while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities include managing RFQs, quotations, billing, and delivery coordination, with a focus on service quality and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Admin, Supply Chain, Logistics, Marketing or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Sales Support or Sales Coordination.
• Experience handling RFQs, quotations, order processing, billing and delivery coordination.
• Able to manage customer enquiries, complaints, RMA, claims and delivery issues professionally.
• Good understanding of order fulfilment and inventory/stock coordination.

Responsibilities

• Delivered customer service support through email and phone using the ticketing system, ensuring enquiries were attended to in a timely and professional manner.
• Responded to customer enquiries and coordinated the appropriate follow-up, escalating matters to the relevant parties when necessary.
• Managed and resolved customer issues, complaints and claims promptly to ensure satisfactory resolution.
• Introduced and recommended new products to existing customers based on their requirements and potential needs.
• Processed customer purchase orders in the system and managed sales orders from order entry through fulfilment.
• Coordinated stock allocation and arranged deliveries to ensure customer orders were fulfilled according to requirements.
• Conducted regular meetings with customers to discuss ongoing requirements, service matters and other relevant updates.
• Monitored and followed up on customer feedback to identify service gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Developed and maintained strong working relationships with customers through regular communication and service support.
