Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to coordinate shipment arrangements and ensure smooth operations, on-time deliveries, and seamless cross-border flows.

You will prepare import/export documentation, liaise with suppliers and freight forwarders, monitor shipments, and maintain accurate records for audit and regulatory compliance. You will report to the Logistics Manager and collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes.

• Coordinate and manage shipment arrangements to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery
• Prepare and handle import and export documentation accurately, in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and relevant parties to resolve shipment-related issues or discrepancies
• Monitor and track shipment status, providing regular updates to internal stakeholders
• Maintain proper documentation, filing, and records for audit, compliance, and operational reference
