WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a site-based logistics coordinator to support export and shipment activities at customer locations in Singapore.

The role focuses on accurate documentation, timely communication with service providers, and ensuring smooth handoffs between parties. You will handle bookings, pre-alerts, tracking, and discrepancy resolution, while generating regular reports. Responsabilités

• stationed at the customer's site to provide professional service and ensure effective communication between the customer and service provider.
• Coordinate and manage export shipment pickup bookings with internal teams.
• Prepare and ensure all required export documentation is complete and accurate.
• Provide pre-alerts to destination teams for export shipments.
• Verify shipment details and ensure the correct goods are released to the transporter.
• Print, organize, and file shipping documents according to customer requirements.
• Monitor and track import shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Check shipment quantities and ensure there are no discrepancies in the number of packages received.
• Liaise with the customer's receiving team to resolve shipment discrepancies or damaged goods.
• Perform data entry and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
