WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a detail‑oriented logistics coordinator to manage end‑to‑end shipment activities.

You will coordinate flight bookings, arrange shipments with customers and contractors, and liaise with warehouses, carriers and customs to meet requirements. Key responsibilities include updating data in the system, monitoring shipment status, handling invoicing with the billing team, resolving disputes, and identifying improvements to enhance service delivery.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate flight bookings with airlines for shipment arrangements
• Arrange shipments with customers and external contractors
• Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally
• Collaborate closely with operations team to fulfil customer requirements
• Ensure adherence to customer SOPs
• Update shipment data accurately in the system
• Liaise with customers, warehouse teams, carriers and customs on shipment requirements
• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers
• Track shipment progress to support month-end operational targets
• Coordinate with billing team to close jobs and process invoicing
• Manage supplier invoice discrepancies and resolve disputes
• Lead issue resolution and ensure service recovery when required
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance team service capabilities
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisor or Manager
