Job description

What you will do:

• Provide general administrative support to the sales team.
• Support sales operations by processing orders, managing sales-related documentation, and ensuring efficient order processing and delivery.
• Assist in monthly order forecast planning and submission to supply plants (AU/MY/TH, etc).
• Assist in updating databases e.g. Pricing.

Market & Competitor Analysis:

• Conduct market research, analyze market trends e.g. benchmarking, monitoring, etc. Gather data on competitors, products, and consumer behavior.
• Monitor competitor activities, analyze their strategies, and identify opportunities to differentiate the company's portfolios.

Data Analysis:

• Track sales metrics, analyze sales data, and prepare reports for management, highlighting key trends and performance indicators.

Report Generation:

• Prepare reports summarizing market research findings and analysis, providing insights to the sales and marketing teams.

Trend Identification:

• Study the industry trends and best practices, collate and share relevant information with the team.

Others:

• Other administrative work or ad-hoc task when required.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing or Business in Marketing specialization (Preferably, but not limited to)
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn and expose to new and different challenges
• Possess good work attitude and highly self-motivated
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in sales or marketing support is an advantage
• Strong Time Management Skills
