Job summary

AdCendes Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a motivated sales and business development assistant to support growth through sales pitches, lead engagement, marketing initiatives, and client relationship building. You will gain hands-on exposure to sales, marketing, business development, and customer engagement activities.

You will engage inbound enquiries, present solutions, prepare proposals, and help maintain accurate lead records while collaborating with the Business Growth team to hit sales

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude.
• Comfortable communicating with prospects via phone, online meetings, WhatsApp, and email.
• Confident in presenting ideas, products, and services.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in business development, sales, and marketing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales pitches and product/service presentations to prospective clients.

• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations.
• Support lead nurturing and relationship-building activities.
• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Support social media, website, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Assist in content creation for marketing campaigns.Maintain accurate lead and customer records.
• Work closely with the Business Growth team to achieve sales targets.
• Perform other sales, marketing, business development, client servicing, and project-related duties as assigned by management from time to time.
