Job summary

KIDS DESIGNERS CLUB PTE. LTD. invites a proactive Marketing Assistant / Intern to support campaigns, events and retail promotions in Singapore.

You will assist in social media content, merchandising updates, website product details and reporting, working with the Marketing Executive to ensure timely execution and accuracy. This internship offers hands-on exposure to digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and cross‑functional collaboration with stores and suppliers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, events and other activities.
• Assist in preparing marketing materials, collaterals, signage and communications.
• Coordinate with retail stores to communicate and implement campaigns.
• Maintain marketing calendars, campaign schedules and promotions.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research on promotions, products, pricing and activities.
• Support customer-related promotional activities and campaigns.
• Assist in preparing and scheduling social media content.
• Support creation of social media posts, captions, images and videos.
• Assist with photography, videography and content editing where required.
• Support digital marketing campaigns, EDMs and online activities.
• Monitor social media and respond to customer enquiries.
• Update products, prices and descriptions on the e-commerce site.
• Check accuracy of online promotions and information.
• Assist in online promotions and campaigns.
• Monitor online sales and campaign performance.
• Coordinate with stock and launches for online promotions.

MARKETING ASSISTANT / INTERN - JOB SCOPE

Marketing Support

• Assist and support the Marketing Executive in the planning, coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, events and other marketing activities.
• Assist in preparing marketing materials, promotional collaterals, signage and other communication materials.
• Coordinate with retail stores to ensure marketing campaigns and promotional activities are properly communicated and implemented.
• Assist in maintaining and updating the marketing calendar, campaign schedules and promotional activities.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research on promotions, products, pricing and marketing activities.
• Support customer-related promotional activities and campaigns.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

• Assist the Marketing Executive in preparing and scheduling content for social media platforms.
• Support the creation of social media posts, captions, images, videos and other digital content.
• Assist with basic photography, videography and content editing where required.
• Support digital marketing campaigns, EDMs and other online marketing activities.
• Monitor social media activities and assist with customer enquiries or feedback where appropriate.

E-Commerce Support

• Assist with updating products, prices, promotions, images and product descriptions on the e-commerce website.
• Check and ensure that online product and promotional information is accurate and up to date.
• Assist in setting up online promotions and campaigns.
• Support the Marketing Executive in monitoring online sales and campaign performance.
• Coordinate with relevant teams on stock availability, new product launches and online promotions.

Events & Retail Support

• Assist in the preparation and execution of store events, roadshows, warehouse sales and other promotional activities.
• Support event setup, preparation of materials and on-site coordination where required.
• Coordinate with retail staff on promotional mechanics, marketing materials and event requirements.
• Conduct store visits when required to support and check the execution of marketing activities.

Merchandising Support

• Assist the Merchandiser from time to time with merchandising-related duties as required.
• Support the preparation and coordination of merchandise for promotions, events and seasonal campaigns.
• Assist with stock consolidation, product allocation or transfers where required.
• Assist in checking product information, pricing and promotional merchandise.
• Support visual merchandising and product display activities when necessary.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Merchandiser during busy periods, new launches, sales events or other activities.

Reporting & Administrative Support

• Assist the Marketing Executive in compiling sales, marketing and campaign reports.
• Maintain proper records of marketing activities, promotional materials, photographs and campaign information.
• Assist with quotations, invoices and coordination with vendors and suppliers.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the Marketing Executive and Marketing team.
• Work closely with the Merchandiser, Retail team and other departments when required.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company from time to time.

Job Requirements
