Job summary

HAROLD CONSULTANCY is seeking a dynamic Sales Support professional in Singapore to bridge Sales and Operations. You will prepare competitive quotations, coordinate with global freight partners, and ensure exceptional client service from quotation to delivery.

You will handle tender and RFQ submissions for strategic accounts, track shipment volumes, and generate weekly performance insights for management. This role requires strong communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or sales support.
• Knowledge of sea and/or air freight operations is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and compelling quotations, pricing proposals, and cost breakdowns.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, and internal teams to source competitive freight rates and ensure shipment coordination.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, handling rate inquiries, shipment tracking, and issue resolution.
• Lead tender documentation and RFQ submissions for strategic accounts, ensuring completeness and deadlines.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports to Management.
• Undertake additional administrative tasks and special projects as required.
