Job summary

HR QUEST SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an adetail-oriented Operations Executive to support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks.

You will prepare quotations, pricing proposals and cost calculations, coordinate with freight partners, respond to customer enquiries, and assist in RFQs and tenders for key accounts. The role requires strong communication, organisation, and a team-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team, including preparing quotations, pricing proposals and cost calculations.
• Coordinate with operations teams, shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents and vendors to obtain competitive freight rates and support smooth shipment execution.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries, rate requests and shipment-related updates while maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Prepare, submit and maintain quotations and related documentation in a timely and organised manner.
• Support the preparation of RFQs, tenders and commercial proposals for key accounts.
• Ensure sales and operational documentation is accurate and complies with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales/operations reports as required by Management.
• Maintain proper filing and records of quotations, customer correspondence and sales documentation.
• Assist the Sales team with customer follow-ups, account coordination and other business development activities.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
