Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the sales support sector in Freight Forwarding, Logistics & Supply Chain Management.
• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) for effective client communication.
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite for data management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Handle and respond to daily sales inquiries through phone and email.
• Prepare electronic quotations and manage follow-ups on sales matters.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships to drive business retention.
• Assist Outdoor Sales in recognizing new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth shipment processes.
