Job summary

Harold Consultancy is recruiting a Customer Service Officer in Singapore to handle import/export documentation and provide end-to-end customer support for shipments. You will coordinate with agents, shipping lines, and warehouses, ensuring accurate documentation and timely communication throughout the order lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N or O Level.
• Responsible, positive attitude, able to work independently and as a team player.
• Preferably with logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding experience.

Responsibilities

• In charge of import/export documentation and processing
• Manage shipping documentation (import, L/C, Bill of Lading)
• Provide customer support for shipments, including sending pre-alerts and invoicing
• Offer after-sales support and follow up with clients until the entire transaction is completed
• Handle customer enquiries or complaints
• Liaise with agents and shipping companies on cargo status
