Job summary

Culina, a leading purveyor of specialist epicurean foods in Singapore, is seeking a Finance/Trade Support professional to join the team. You will handle price-setting, contract filing, rebates processing, and monthly sales reporting for the Sales Manager and Trade Marketing team.

The role requires a Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, including alternate Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline (preferably in Accounting or Business Administration)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in MS Excel especially in Advanced Excel
• Able to work independently and have good communication skills
• Self-motivated, energetic and independent, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work on alternate Saturdays (5.25-day week)

Responsibilities

• Set, manage, and maintain product prices (Price Book).
• File and document all contracts and quotations.
• Prepare and process payments for customer rebates and A&P.
• Prepare monthly sales reports for the Sales Manager and Trade Marketing team using MS Excel.
• Provide sales records and track sales data to monitor performance and trends.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set, manage, and maintain product prices (Price Book) — ensuring updates are timely and accurate.
• File and document all contracts and quotations — keeping both hard and soft copies organized.
• Prepare and process payments for customer rebates and A&P (Advertising & Promotion).
• Prepare monthly sales reports for the Sales Manager and Trade Marketing team — requiring proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Provide sales records and track sales data to monitor performance and trends.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
