Job summary

Culina is seeking a Costing Assistant/Executive in Singapore to review and validate price lists, perform accurate data entry, and consolidate costing information for Manager’s approval.

You will create and maintain stock codes, PLU IDs, and barcodes, develop the costing master, and coordinate price uploads with Purchasing and Retail teams. Training is provided for fresh graduates.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fresh graduates welcome; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain stock codes, PLU IDs, and barcodes in the system.
• Develop and ensure accuracy of the costing master spreadsheet timely.
• Input information for cost tabulation and analysis.
• Compare GRN and costing prices and initiate corrective actions.
• Upload prices across systems in coordination with Purchasing and Retail teams.
• Handle daily incoming emails and perform general administrative duties.
• Upload and maintain PLU, barcode, stock code, and RSP information in PLU master.
• Support monthly campaign setup and price configuration.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned.

Job Summary:

The Costing Assistant/Executive will review and validate price lists, perform accurate data entry, and consolidate costing information into the master spreadsheet for Manager’s approval.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain stock codes, PLU IDs, and barcodes in the system
• Develop, update, and ensure accuracy of the costing master spreadsheet in a timely manner
• Input all required information for cost tabulation and analysis
• Perform comparisons between GRN and costing prices, and initiate corrective actions where necessary
• Execute timely price uploads across systems in coordination with Purchasing and Retail teams
• Handle daily incoming email enquiries and perform general administrative duties (e.g., filing).
• Upload and maintain PLU, barcode, stock code, and RSP information in the PLU master
• Support monthly campaign setup and price configuration
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team, including meeting tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook
• Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills
