Job summary

Meat Co. seeks a proactive Sales Support Executive to ensure a seamless customer experience by handling incoming orders, addressing inquiries and complaints, and coordinating internally for timely deliveries. You will support the sales team with quotations, pricing alignment, and sales reporting.

The role requires a customer-focused mindset, experience in order management or customer service, and familiarity with food service or distribution environments. On-site position based in Singapore.

• Ideally within the food service, distribution and manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, proposals, invoices, and sales reports.
• Respond to customer inquiries (pricing, product details, order status).
• Act as a liaison between clients, sales and customer service teams.
• Coordinate with Sales on order confirmation and pricing alignment.
• Organize sales materials and follow up on leads or pending deals.
• Track sales performance metrics and generate reports for management.
• Manage after-sales service coordination and chase outstanding payments.
• Support customer service as needed and provide feedback on issues and process improvements.

Key responsibilities

Sales Support

• Prepare quotations, proposals, invoices, and sales reports

• Respond to customer inquiries (pricing, product details, order status)

• Act as a point of contact between clients, sales and customer service team

• Coordinate with Sales team on order confirmation and pricing alignment

• Organize sales materials and follow up on leads or pending deals on behalf of sales person

• Track sales performance metrics

• Generate regular reports for management

• Manage after-sales service coordination

• Assist to chase customers for outstanding payments

• Support customer service as and when required

• Provide feedback to management on customer concerns, service issues, or process improvements
