Job description

Responsibilities

• Respond to client enquiries promptly and follow up on proposal status to support sales forecasting.
• Follow up with clients on the status of quotations submitted.
• Maintain accurate records of quotation activities in line with internal processes.
• Perform cost estimates, prepare quantity take-offs and related documentation.
• Review project or tender requirements and assist in the preparation and submission of proposals.
• Support in pricing verification and compilation of competitive quotations.
• Source and evaluate vendors, comparing quotations to ensure cost effectiveness.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related discipline
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team
• Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines
