Job summary

Leschaco Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a capable Logistics Pricing Executive to prepare monthly rate submissions for key customers and handle spot inquiries from customers and overseas agents.

You will support the sales team in preparing quotations, follow up shipments with operations, and ensure accurate invoicing and cost checks with carriers. This role requires meticulous, organized collaboration across Sales and Ops.

Qualifications

• Diploma, NITEC or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics procurement or pricing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Meticulous, organized, and capable of collaborating across Sales, Ops, and Customer Service departments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit monthly rates to key customers.
• Handle spot inquiries from existing customers and overseas agents.
• Assist the sales team in preparing quotations and following up on shipments with the operations team.
• Follow up on import/export/cross-trade quotes and negotiate costs with overseas agents.
• Coordinate shipments with Ops for import, cross-trade, and export, and provide required documents.
• Verify invoices from agents and assist Ops with billing and cost details.
• Check costs and selling rates to assist Ops in carrier bookings.
• Prepare KPI reports for key customers.

1. Preparation and submission of monthly rates to the key customers.


2. Handle spot inquiries from existing customers and overseas agents.


3. Assist the sales team in preparation the quotations and following up on or escalating the shipment to the operation team.


4. Follow up with customer on import/ export/ crosstrade quotes after rates sent to customers. Check with customers on their desire rates. Negotiating cost with overseas agents.


5. After customer confirmed to proceed shipments, follow-up Import shipments until Pre-alert received & ops team fully taken up / follow-up Cross-trade shipments until BC received & ops team fully taken up/ follow-up Export shipments until ops team has fully taken up. Provide all related documents and details to ops Team for their coordination.


6. Checking on Invoices from agents are correct for ops team billing and arrangements. Providing details or information to ops team when needed.


7. Checking cost and selling rates to customer for assisting ops team on which carrier to place booking with.


8. Preparation of KPI report to key customers.
