Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Promoter to represent our brand at Takashimaya. You will be responsible for engaging shoppers, demonstrating products, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively promote and sell products to shoppers.
  • Approach customers proactively and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance.
  • Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage techniques confidently.
  • Maintain a clean, attractive, and well-stocked display area.
  • Support daily retail operations, including product setup, replenishment, and basic housekeeping.
  • Provide accurate information about product pricing, promotions, and specifications.
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team.
  • Meet daily/weekly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
  • Work closely with the supervisor and Takashimaya staff to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
  • Able to communicate clearly and confidently in English.
  • Prior retail or sales experience, preferably in consumer electronics, kitchen appliances, or lifestyle products.
  • Good communication skills and confidence in engaging customers.
  • Energetic, positive, and able to stand for long hours.
  • Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Working Hours & Location
  • Location: Takashimaya Shopping Centre (B1)
  • Working Hour: 12pm-9pm
  • Working Schedule: 6 days per week (able to work on Weekend & Public Holidays)
