• Monday to Friday 9AM to 6PM, Saturday 9am to 12:30pm for SAT

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Allocate resources, including labour and materials.
• Communicate project status and any issues or changes to clients, contractors and team members.
• Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards.
• Keep project documentation organized and up-to-date.
• Track project costs and ensure expenditures stay within budget.
• Oversee contracts with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure the project is completed in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Company would provide additional incentives for closed business sales to completion (includes up to $2800, phone and transportation allowance, PA insurance coverage, and incentives for staff referrals).

Working Hours

Monday to Friday 9AM to 6PM, Saturday 9am to 12:30pm for SAT.

Location

Work from home daily.

Requirements

• Google SketchUp and floor plan drawing skills.
