Success Resource Centre Pte Ltd seeks a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Smart Home team in Tampines. You will coordinate projects from planning to completion, ensuring clear communication between clients, interior designers, electricians, and our internal team. This role suits someone who enjoys problem-solving and technology-driven home automation projects.

The position is permanent, with hours Mon–Fri 9am–6pm and Sat 9am–1pm, in Tampines. Salary up to $2,900.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination in smart home or construction industries.

• Good communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate smart home projects from planning to completion.
• Prepare diagrams based on client and ID requirements.
• Manage timelines, tasks, and docs using ClickUp.
• Liaise with clients, IDs, electricians, and internal teams.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and email.
• Troubleshoot basic smart home issues and escalate as needed.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate installations.
• Prepare equipment and manage inventory in Xero.
• Maintain showroom and handle admin duties including data entry and vendor payments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactiveProject Coordinatorto join our growing Smart Home team. You will play a key role in coordinating projects from planning to completion, ensuring smooth communication between clients, interior designers, electricians, and our internal team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys project coordination, problem-solving, customer communication, and being involved in technology-driven home automation projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate smart home projects from planning to completion.
• Prepare and update project diagrams based on client and Interior Designer (ID) requirements.
• Manage project timelines, tasks, and documentation using ClickUp.
• Liaise with clients, IDs, electricians, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp Business, Facebook Messenger, and email.
• Troubleshoot basic smart home issues and escal when necessary.
• Conduct site visits, pre-installation checks, and coordinate installation works.
• Prepare equipment for installation and manage inventory, stock takes, and inventory updates in Xero.
• Maintain the smart home showroom and perform general administrative duties, including basic data entry and vendor payments.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
