The role requires at least 2 years in construction, a Diploma or equivalent, and strong English language skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction experience.
• Class 3 driving license.
• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with MCST, engineers, and subcontractors to integrate design elements and maintain project timelines.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material samples, and subcontractor submissions to ensure compliance with design and project requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of design and construction activities to support project tracking and compliance.
• Collaborate with the design team to identify and resolve design issues while meeting technical and quality standards.
• Manage time effectively and work independently to ensure smooth project coordination and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with MCST, engineers, and subcontractors to integrate design elements and maintain project timelines across renovation projects
• Review and approve shop drawings, material samples, and subcontractor submissions to ensure compliance with design and project requirements
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of design and construction activities to support project tracking and compliance
• Collaborate with the design team to identify and resolve complex design issues while incorporating client feedback to meet technical and quality standards
• Manage time effectively and work independently to ensure smooth project coordination and delivery

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a Class 3 driving license
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the construction industry

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Proficiency in English language, both written and spoken

Other Information

• Working days: 6 days per week, Monday to Saturday, 8am to 5pm plus overtime
• Office location: Jurong / Pioneer Centre
• Salary range: $2700 to $3500
