Job summary

Job Responsibilities

• Curate interior and space planning proposals
• Strong knowledge of materials, ironmongery and finishes
• On-site management
• Liaise and work closely with all sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow of projects
• Be accountable for projects under you
• Maximize sales efforts for the firm
• Building cohesive relationships with clients, suppliers and contractors
• Up to $4500 + AWS + Commission + Bonus

Requirements

• Meticulous with high artistic value
• Preferably candidates with specialization with Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent
• Sales experience an added advantage
• Proficient in English and Mandarin (To liaise and communicate with Mandarin speaking customers and suppliers)
• Disciplined and self-initiative
• Confident, eloquent and exhibiting good interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
