Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business or related field; a degree is a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience in order processing or sales support.
• Able to cope in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Independent and self-motivated with a positive working attitude.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide product information, quotations, and order status updates.
• Process sales orders and coordinate with logistics/warehouse for timely delivery.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer records and service history in the CRM system.
• Support the sales team by generating quotations, preparing proposals, and managing documentation.
• Prepare Purchase Requisitions (PR) / Sales Orders (SO) and arrange delivery.
• Arrange installation and demonstration of packaging and warehousing machines and equipment.
