Job summary

The Fullerton Hotel Singapore is seeking a capable Sales Administrator to support the Sales and Marketing team. You will manage sales systems, prepare communications, coordinate meetings, travel, and trade shows, and provide reliable administrative support.

You will handle inquiries, file management, and compile updates and reports. Strong English, attention to detail, and experience with Amadeus Advance, Opera PMS, Lanyon, and Cvent are valued.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of spreadsheets, word processing and database management.
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
• Proven ability to produce correspondence and documents.
• Excellent English spelling, punctuation and grammar.

Responsibilities

• Serve as administrator for sales systems including Amadeus Advance, Opera PMS, Lanyon, Cvent.
• Prepare memos and external communications requiring research and discretion.
• Coordinate meetings, travel, venues and trade shows for the Sales team.
• Answer sales inquiries and take accurate messages.
• Maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
• Prepare updates and reports for the Sales Department.
• Support the Director of Business Development and Sales with clerical tasks.
