Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join our sales team, handling orders, invoices, and general admin.

You will coordinate deliveries, verify customer details, maintain records, and support across sales and service teams. Mandarin proficiency is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. This role requires keen organization, reliability, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Administration or Sales Support.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin; other Asian languages are an advantage.
• Minimum O-Level, GCE A-Level, or Diploma.
• SAP experience is an advantage.
• Able to start work immediately.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders, invoices, and sales transactions.
• Verify customer and payment details and follow up on missing information.
• Maintain accurate customer, sales, product, and serial number records.
• Coordinate with forwarders and courier services to ensure timely deliveries.
• Expedite orders and liaise with internal departments.
• Handle customer queries and direct feedback to the relevant teams.
• Support the service team with work orders and billing.
• Rotation minutes taking.
• Handle social media (Linkedin/FB/Instagram) posting for the company.
• Provide general administrative support to the sales team.
