Job summary

BIOHORIZONS CAMLOG PTE LTD is seeking a Sales Support professional to handle order management, customer inquiries, and CRM tasks in Singapore. The role involves processing orders, coordinating deliveries, maintaining records, and supporting audits while ensuring compliance with GDPMDS and local regulations.

You will work with the Singapore Sales Manager on education activities and marketing support, using D365, SAP, and Microsoft Office to analyze data and generate reports.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales support or customer service role.
• Excellent in English written and verbal communication skills. Chinese is a plus
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PPT & Excel), D365, SAP system.
• PowerPoint is expected.
• Results-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and processing daily orders and arranging delivery of stocks and collections.
• Timely processing of backorders based on product availability and shipping schedule.
• Maintaining clean records of invoices, delivery orders, and audit documents.
• Responding to customer inquiries and providing exceptional service and support.
• Proficient data input and mining in D365 for reporting and analysis.
• Collaborating with Singapore Sales Manager on education activities and marketing support.
• Handling local finance tasks such as cheque banking and audit documentation.
