MP BIOMEDICALS ASIA PACIFIC PTE. LTD. is seeking an Order Management professional to oversee customer orders from receipt to fulfilment in Singapore. You will ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery while coordinating with internal teams and logistics providers.

The role involves ERP data entry (M3), inventory planning support, demand forecasting input, and collaboration with Sales and Finance on pricing issues to keep shipments on schedule and compliant.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Studies, Supply Chain, Logistics Management or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the client-facing point for order-related inquiries and coordination.
• Verify orders against product authorisations, registrations, and pricing.
• Acknowledge orders and confirm expected ship dates and delivery timelines.
• Process and enter orders into the ERP system (M3) accurately.
• Follow up on order status, backorders, and shipping schedules.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
