Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Sales Coordinator for a Monday to Friday, 8am–5:30pm schedule, based at Tanjong Penjuru. Salary ranges SGD 2,200–2,800 monthly.

You will handle sales orders, quotations, invoices and purchase requisitions, coordinate delivery, communicate with internal departments, and prepare monthly reports.

Proficiency in MS Office and PC literacy is preferred; the team offers a collaborative environment and support from Kyler.

Qualifications

• PC literate and proficient in MS Office.
• 1–2 years sales coordinator experience.

Responsibilities

• Handles sales orders & quotations, invoices and purchase requisition
• To coordinate and arrange delivery order and monitoring status order.
• Communicate with internal departments on general sales support activities.
• Maintain proper filling of documentation and generating monthly reports
• Ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
