Responsibilities

• Follow-up on Sales Orders
• Liaise with customers through emails, calls, face-to-face visit
• Follow through Sales Orders from enquiry to delivery & after sales service, such as; a.Reply sales inquiries & process orders; b.Sending Sales Quotations; c.Processing and fulfilling sales orders; d.Internal Coordination of Artwork with designer, printer and customers; e.Coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products; f.Follow up with customers & suppliers on payments & invoices; g.Offer prompt & good customer service
• Provide administrative, sales & customer's reports
• Any ad hoc duties
