Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a Logistics Operations Coordinator in Singapore to manage day-to-day logistics activities and ensure accurate data in the system. You will coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely delivery.

The role also involves handling customer enquiries, inventory control, and annual stocktakes to reconcile physical stock with system records.

Qualifications

• GCE 'N' Level or equivalent educational background.
• Minimum 1 year of logistics/warehouse experience.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations related to Logistics Operation.
• Coordination and liaise of shipments, freight forwarders, suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery.
• Attend and response to customers’ enquiries.
• Responsible for logistic administration including data entry into system and ensure data accuracy.
• Conduct annual stocktake inventory and ensuring physical stock tally with the system.
