Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is seeking a Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, liaise with freight forwarders, and ensure timely deliveries across the network. You will support a fast-paced supply chain with multiple stakeholders, driving operational excellence.

The role emphasizes collaboration with procurement, planning, warehouse, quality and customer service teams, proficiency in MS Office, and strong organizational skills to drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Operations, or a related discipline.
• Experience in logistics coordination, supply chain operations, shipping, procurement support, or related functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with freight forwarders and courier partners.
• Arrange deliveries and ensure timely execution of logistics activities.
• Monitor logistics performance and support initiatives to improve service levels and operational efficiency.
• Track supplier lead times and assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Support import/export documentation and Letter of Credit (L/C) administration.
• Verify Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and ensure accurate transaction processing.
• Work closely with procurement, planning, warehouse, quality, and customer service teams to facilitate smooth order fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company policies.
• Support continuous improvement projects and operational initiatives as required.
