Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree level in Business Management or Engineering or relevant fields.

Responsibilities

• Estimation and Quotation preparation; initial vetting of contracts.
• Prepare and conduct joint review of monthly sales reports with Head of Department.
• Assist Head of Department on live projects and real-time client interaction.
• Carry out other duties as entrusted by Head of Department.
• Execute enquiry handling including submission of questionnaire, preparation of ATEA and quotation.
• Prepare and follow up with customers on special quotation (re-audit, extension audit, etc.).
• Assist Head of Department in day-to-day operations and office activities.
• Follow up with customers on overdue payment.
• Carry out other duties as entrusted by Head of Department.
