TUV NORD (THAILAND) LTD. (SINGAPORE BRANCH) is seeking a proactive individual to support Sales and Operations. You will assist in estimation, quotation preparation, and review of monthly sales reports with the Head of Department, while engaging in live client interactions.

In Operations, you will handle enquiries, prepare quotations, follow up on special quotes, assist in day-to-day activities, and help manage overdue payments. Training is provided.

Aufgaben

• Sales: Estimation and quotation preparation; initial vetting of contracts; review of monthly sales reports with Head of Department; assist on live projects and client interactions; carry out other duties as assigned by Head of Department
• Operations: Handle enquiries and prepare questionnaires, ATEA and quotations; follow up with customers on special quotations (re-audit, extension audit, etc.); assist in day-to-day operations and office activities; follow up with customers on overdue payment; other duties as entrusted; training will be provided
