Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage the full internship recruitment cycle from campaigns to onboarding.
• Engage with tertiary institutes and channel partners to source talents for campus programs.
• Support Employer Branding and engagement activities for the Singapore entity including digital campaigns and campus events.
• Participate in other HR projects as assigned.

In this role, you will be responsible for executing the campus recruitment strategies for a German-based multinational company from attraction to onboarding. You will also be given the opportunity to participate in both regional and global projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full suite of recruitment cycle for internships from internship campaigns, enrolment with schools & institutes, interviews scheduling & selections to onboarding.
• Engage and work with various tertiary institutes, hiring teams and channel partners in various campus programs to source the right talents for joint industry projects.
• Support the Recruiting team in the administration of all Employer Branding and Engagement activities for the Singapore entity including digital campaigns and campus events.
• Participate in any other assigned HR projects.

Key Requirements
