Job summary

TUV NORD (THAILAND) LTD. (SINGAPORE BRANCH) is seeking a capable administrator to support the Head of Department by managing customer relationships, tracking orders and projects, and maintaining databases.

You will liaise with internal teams and subsidiaries on project matters, while preparing reports and ensuring timely follow-ups. Ideal candidates possess strong English communication, are resourceful, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Diploma or degree in relevant fields
• Candidates without experience are welcome to apply
• Industrial experience may lead to a more senior role

Responsibilities

• Execute enquiry handling including submission of questionnaire, preparation of ATEA and quotation
• Prepare and follow up with customers on special quotation (re-audit, extension audit and etc.)
• Prepare and follow up on contracts issued to customers
• Update enquiry/order tracking chart and Customer Database
• Prepare monthly sales performance report and New Order Report
• Assist Head of Department in day-to-day operations and other office activities
• Assist in follow up with customers on overdue payment
• Maintain good relationship with new and existing customers to ensure zero trauma and continuous business
• Monthly compilation of customer complaints/feedback
