Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed Diploma/Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Confident speaking with clients over phone and email.
• Self-motivated, proactive and eager to learn.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales team in identifying and reaching out to potential clients.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Support lead generation through calls, emails, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain client relationships.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and sales presentations.
• Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system.
• Coordinate meetings and appointments for the sales team.
• Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking sales performance.
• Work with internal departments to ensure smooth project coordination.
• Perform administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned.
