GREEN FRESH MART PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Operations associate to support end-to-end sales activities in Singapore. You will handle orders, quotations, and invoices while ensuring data accuracy in the CRM and maintaining up-to-date customer records.

You will work closely with logistics, warehousing, finance, and procurement to align stock, billing, and customer service, and you will prepare sales reports, bid collateral, and RFQ/RFI responses to support winning opportunities.

Formación

• Experience handling sales orders, quotations, and invoices.
• Experience updating CRM data and dashboard management.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with logistics, warehouse, finance, and procurement.
• Ability to prepare sales reports and RFQ/RFI responses.
• Problem-solve to identify bottlenecks in sales workflow.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, review, and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, finance, and procurement to align stock, billing, and service.
• Maintain customer records and track sales opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports, bids, and RFQ/RFI responses.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve order discrepancies.
• Identify bottlenecks in the sales workflow and suggest improvements.
